Iroh would win. The dude jumped off a burning plane and took out the pilot below him, not to mention his Military Training and probably been taught by great firebending masters one of which could've been his grandfather. Mako wouldn't stand a chance, he didn't had the balls to choose either Asami or Korra, him winning would be a joke. Iroh all the way!
